At Nation, we understand the challenges students face when moving to a new city. That's why we've designed our booking process with flexibility in mind. You have the freedom to take long and short-term leases, and easily relocate from one Nation building to another with easy-to-manage leasing all in one place.

Our flexible policies extend to students both within and outside Australia. We're here to make your transition as smooth as possible, no matter where you're coming from.

Unforeseen circumstances? No problem!

We know that life can throw curveballs, and sometimes plans need to change. Simply contact us at least 14 days before your contract start date, and we'll cancel your booking with a full refund of any fees paid. All you need to do is provide supporting documentation.

• Flight cancellation or travel ban: If your scheduled flight is cancelled and an alternate flight is unavailable or a travel ban prevents you from arriving.
• Visa denied: If your visa application is rejected or the visa centre remains closed in your respective country.
• University intake delay: If the start date of your course has been postponed to a later date or semester or if your university does not offer face-to-face learning.

This policy is designed specifically for first-time Nation renters. Please note once your contract starts, different cancellation terms apply.

Arrival delays

If your arrival is delayed by more than 14 days, pricing and availability may change. But don't worry; we'll keep you updated and ensure you have all the information you need. At Nation, we're committed to making your student experience as easy as possible.
