Cancellations

6.3. If the Relevant Student cancels a Confirmed Booking as a result of a Cancellation Event, then

the Accommodation Partner shall notify STUDENT.COM within three Business Days of the

Relevant Student cancelling the Confirmed Booking as a result of a Cancellation Event and

shall provide the Cancellation Event Evidence. Once the Accommodation Partner has provided

the Cancellation Event Evidence in accordance with the proceeding sentence:

6.3.1. STUDENT.COM shall issue a credit note to the Accommodation Partner for the

Marketing Fee in respect of that Confirmed Booking, if the Accommodation Partner

has already been invoiced by Student.com for that Marketing Fee; or

6.3.2. the Accommodation Partner shall not be required to pay the Marketing Fee in respect

of that Confirmed Booking, if the Accommodation Partner has not yet been invoiced

by Student.com for that Marketing Fee.

6.4. If the Relevant Student cancels a Confirmed Booking as a result of circumstances that are not a

Cancellation Event, or if the Relevant Student cancels a Confirmed Booking as a result of a

Cancellation Event but the Accommodation Partner does not notify STUDENT.COM within the

Cancellation Period and/or does not provide the Cancellation Event Evidence, then the relevant

Marketing Fee shall remain payable and the Accommodation Partner:

6.4.1. shall not be entitled to a credit note from STUDENT.COM nor any refund, if the

Accommodation Partner has already paid that Marketing Fee; or

6.4.2. the Accommodation Partner shall pay to STUDENT.COM the Marketing Fee in

accordance with the Payment Terms by the Payment Date.
