The apartment is located inside our art studio. It is furnished in a simple way, but also embellished by some of our works. The first bedroom is large, equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed. The second is equipped with a double bed. There are two balconies: one overlooks a quiet street, the other overlooks the garden. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, a two-plate electric stove, a refrigerator, an electric kettle and a coffee machine. The accommodation has just been renovated. The entrance to the apartment is shared with our atelier. The house is a beautiful 70's villa, 10 minutes walk from the beach.
The apartment is very comfortable, clean and well furnished, we want it to be left in the order and cleanliness in which it is found. Please have respect for things and objects in the house. We love polite and respectful people.
Cleaning and clean linen only on entry. Then the guest will have to provide for himself.
Please treat the house as if it were your own. Respect to the owners please, and NO SMOKING inside the house.
ONLY people who have booked on STUDENT.COM are allowed in our house. Unauthorized persons are not allowed.
Remember that you will come to live together, even if for a short time, in a private house. Respect the common rules of coexistence. Strictly no loud groups, loud music or loud noises.
