Book with us for the 2021/22 academic year before May 31st 2021, you are free to cancel your booking by May 31st 2021 and we will refund your reservation fee!
To be eligible for this offer:
- Your reservation must be a completed booking for the 2021/22 academic year (43 weeks tenancy or over), which means you have signed a tenancy agreement with us within the time requested (within 7 days after the room offer was sent) and the reservation fee is paid before May 31st 2021.
- You need to be a new customer, which means you must have not made your reservation with us previously (namely the reservation must be made after February 22nd 2021).
- You must make a cancellation request by May 31st 2021 directly with us, the request must be made in the format required (see below), after this date, the standard cancellation policy terms apply.
To make a booking cancellation request, you must send an email to us in the following format by May 31st 2021:
- Title:“Apply for a Free Cancellation: The Abbreviation of the property you booked + Room NO. + Your Name”
- Body: Quote the full name of property, your room number, and your full name, with the signed tenancy agreement as attachment. Please include your cancellation request as well.
Sending an email to us in person is the only way to cancel, cancellation requests cannot be acceptedby any other means of notification.
- By exercising this offer, you are waiving your right to any cashback incentives relating to the 2021/22 academic year.
- Bank details will be requested for reservation fee refund purpose, administration fee might be charged by intermediate bank(s) for accounts registered outside the UK. We will not be responsible for the administration fee caused by international transfer, so it is strongly suggested that you provide a UK bank account.
