预订须知
取消政策Once you have signed the tenancy agreement you will have no right to cancel the contract and shall be liable to pay the full rent relating to the accommodation for the term of the tenancy.
Should you decide to leave for any reason prior to the end of your contract, you will remain responsible for the outstanding rent. We may be able to release you from your contract if you find a suitable replacement to take a new tenancy agreement for the rest of your tenancy and pay the outstanding rent. This will be subject to a £250.00 administration fee plus any fees payable to third party agents for a providing a replacement tenant. Any refunds will be paid after the student replacing you has signed the tenancy agreement, paid the rent, and moved in. If you can’t find someone to take over your tenancy, you’ll be responsible for paying the full rent until the end of your contract.
